1. Terms of Guarantee from Buyproaccs.com

1.1 Refund Policy: We offer a 48-hour guarantee for all accounts sold on our website. This guarantee ensures that the purchased accounts will remain valid for 48 hours. However, we are not responsible for any incidents or issues that occur with the accounts after this period. Please note that we are not liable for any losses or damages due to account closure. The use of these accounts is at your own risk.

1.2 Accounts are eligible for replacement or refund if they encounter the following issues:

• The account is banned or deactivated.
• The account information does not match the sample account.
• You received an account different from the one you purchased.
• If it is not possible to replace invalid accounts, we can only refund the amount through WebMoney, USDT (TRC20), or LTC.

2. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Buyproaccs.com. Engaging in them may result in your account being blocked or encountering errors on the website:

• Using IP-changing services to purchase accounts.
• Accessing the site with the TOR browser.
• Using virtualization software and VPS servers.
• Utilizing public proxies, shared proxies, and IPv6 or IPv4 proxies.
• Entering our website through bots or any unauthorized devices.
• Using accounts to send spam, threats, violence, etc.
• Using accounts for fraudulent activities, extortion, data theft, and other illegal activities.

3. Accounts sold are stored in our database for 7 days. The buyer must download and save the information within this period. After 7 days, the download link will be deleted. Do not share the link with anyone, as it grants access to the accounts. Responsibility for unauthorized access lies with the buyer.

4. By agreeing to our store's rules at the time of purchase, the customer confirms the following:

• The customer has read and understood all the rules.
• The customer is responsible for the accounts purchased from us.
• The customer is responsible for any changes made to the account after purchase, such as adding a phone number or changing the password, which are not eligible for a refund.

5. Buyproaccs.com is not responsible for any potential damages or issues arising from the use of purchased accounts, including investment in accounts, loss of emails, locking of devices and accounts, etc. The maximum compensation is equivalent to the initial purchase price of the account. The buyer is responsible for all actions taken with the purchased accounts, including proper password management and access, attaching recovery information, etc. For valuable accounts intended for long-term use, it is strongly advised to immediately change the password and attach personal recovery information.

6. If an account is accessed using multiple IPs (such as proxies, VPNs, etc.), it may be blocked, and no refunds or replacements will be offered. Do not use multiple IPs to access a single account.

7. Buyproaccs.com reserves the right to retain or reject refund requests if the buyer is unable to provide a clear explanation for the account purchase or present graphical confirmation (screenshot) of issues after purchase. Suspicious buyer activity (e.g., purchasing large quantities of accounts "for testing," changing passwords or account structures, adding personal phone numbers) may result in denial of the refund request.

8. Buyproaccs.com reserves the right to deny refunds and replacements if multiple tickets are identified from the same IP or with the same name and email. Buyers must wait for a response from support to their ticket.
